~ With Francis De Clerck and Shingo Tsukuda ~

2022.4.2 (Sat) --4.17 ( Sun)

If Fashion is a world that colors the outside of the body, the world she is aiming for may be the exact opposite.
Akiko Murata, who graduated from the fashion department of the Royal Academy of Arts in Antwerp, Belgium, which produces many of the world's top designers, questions how to seek change in mass production and in a timeline while working in the industry. After that, while traveling to the Middle East and Asia and experiencing the time to return to my source, the clothing brand "MA deshabille" that wraps me up every day to encourage inner transformation. To start. It is the inner world itself, which has no border with the outerwear, and at the same time, the gorgeousness reminiscent of the vintage creation that stimulates the creativity that Murata touched in Europe, while the Japanese culture is contained, the tranquility of Ma and the dignity of Halle are also drifting. ..

This time, the work of Francis De Clerck's Ventage Selection, a vintage selector and acquaintance's friend who has been the source of creation since her school days in Belgium, and the work of Shingo Tsukuda, a woodworker living in Kyoto that Murata loves, will also be in the space. expand. Shingo Tsukuda's work, which feels the wildness and nobility of wood, is produced according to a firm tradition and woodworking technique, but also has a unique approach that is not from one direction and high creativity that stimulates the five senses. It is not difficult to imagine Shingo Tsukuda, who has abundant qualities that love freedom and is nurtured from his life time, and his sensibility with Akiko Murata.

"Deshabill" in the brand name "MA de shabille" means "room wear" in French. The clothes she sends touch the inner side of each wearer and teach her to accept the diversity and transforming self within herself. That's why it gives off a new charm by biasing with unique creators such as Francis and Shingo Tsukuda.
Although each individual is independent, it melts like a cell ... Imagine that sweet experience from now on, and the excitement travels.

"Life", "sex", which I saw when I gathered together the things that connect me and the two creative artists.
Something without a proper noun that appeals directly.
A barrier that protects my present as a vehicle that allows me to travel around the country and the times.
I think it will be a place where you can enjoy a distorted extraordinary journey.

Born in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture in 1967, teens and twenties lay the foundation for personal connections and thinking circuits, playing in subculture and immersing themselves in music. Aspiring to work as a handicraft, I got a job at a woodworking shop. At the woodworking school of the late Mr. Inuiyoshi Kuroda, the charm of woodwork and lacquer is struck. In 1995, he woke up to traditional crafts in Kyoto and began training as a craftsman of Japanese furniture and Kyoto traditional furniture. In 2004, he set up a workshop "Wood Crafts" and became independent as a subcontractor. In 2005, he was selected for the first time in the Kokugakai Crafts Department National Exhibition, and in 2007 he received the Kokugakai National Painting Award. Held a solo exhibition at the gallery. 2013 Kasuga Taisha style annual tool wood making, 2018 Kofukuji Chukindo Ochikei style tea ceremony making. I live my life every day with a free temperament, such as making a button for a black persimmon of MA désha billé.
