Salon de thé ALOUETTE

2007.12 Nagoya Chikusa

Incorporate a working rhythm

A small cake salon for only two people.

Ease of work leads to better service and a feeling of air.

And with a quiet and calm atmosphere, I want the storefront to be lively.

The glass window with a thin iron grid that can be seen from the outside connects to the back of the showcase at the entrance of the store, and you can get a glimpse of the Patissier's atelier.

By seeing the rhythm of the creator in the store, it became an entrance where you can visually enjoy the real thrill of handmade products.
